Affinity Group Coaching

Finding strength, safety, and connection in shared experience.

We spend so much of our lives "translating" ourselves—explaining our identities, navigating systems that weren't built for us, or educating others about our lived experiences. It is exhausting work.

Affinity Group Coaching is the antidote to that exhaustion. It is a sanctuary where you can drop the mask, stop explaining, and just be.

Whether you are a BIPOC member of a predominantly white institution, a parent/caregiver navigating a specific journey, or someone seeking a space of accountability and growth, these groups offer a rare combination of professional coaching and communal healing.

Our role is to facilitate the space so it feels safe, productive, and deeply restorative. We move beyond venting to find collective wisdom, joy, and strategy.

Space to pause and untangle — Liberation Coaching

What does your most “liberated self”
look and feel like in affinity spaces?

.

What it looks like

Engaging in uninhibited truth-telling. Challenging systemic workplace or societal issues as a collective front rather than suffering in isolation. Sharing resources, rest, and joy without the need to explain or defend your lived experiences.

What it feels like

The immediate, physical exhale of stepping into a room where you are implicitly understood. Deep psychological safety. The warmth and resilience that come from moving out of isolation and into a community that truly sees you.

.

Let’s discuss how coaching can transform your impact and foster belonging.

Liberation Coaching empowers people to identify and dismantle internal and external barriers that impede growth, leading to profound personal, professional, and emotional well-being.

For Organizations

Are you looking to bring facilitated Affinity Spaces to your school or organization? We partner with leadership teams to design and facilitate these spaces for your staff. This is a powerful retention tool that prevents burnout and signals a genuine commitment to inclusion.

Don't see your space?

Community is fluid. If you identify with a group not listed here or are looking for a specific intersection (e.g., "Queer Leaders of Color"), please reach out. If there is enough interest, we will build the table together.

You don't have to carry it all yourself.
