Parent and Caregiver Coaching
Raising children with intention, connection, and joy.
Parenting is one of the most important leadership roles we will ever take on—and often the one we feel least prepared for.
It is beautiful work, and it is also exhausting. Between managing schedules, navigating school dynamics, and trying to raise kind, resilient humans in a complex world, it is easy to lose sight of the parent you want to be.
Parent and Caregiver Coaching isn’t about giving you a strict set of rules or "fixing" your child or yourself. It is about creating a judgment-free space to pause, reflect, and align your parenting with your deepest values.
Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or just want to feel more grounded in your daily interactions, we will work together to build a family culture rooted in understanding, respect, and accountability.
Parent and Caregiver coaching is about finding out who you want to be as a parent, and how to parent as your most liberated self.
What does your most “liberated self”
look and feel like as a parent/caregiver?
What it looks like
Responding to a child’s emotional outburst with curiosity and regulation rather than reactive anger or panic.
Recognizing when you are projecting your own childhood wounds onto your kids and choosing to pivot.
Prioritizing connection and mutual respect over rigid compliance and control.
What it feels like
Freedom from the crushing weight of "perfect parenting."
The deep satisfaction of breaking intergenerational cycles of trauma or dysfunction.
Feeling anchored and capable of navigating daily family friction with radical love and grace.
Let’s discuss how coaching can transform your impact and foster belonging.
Liberation Coaching empowers people to identify and dismantle internal and external barriers that impede growth, leading to profound personal, professional, and emotional well-being.
How We Work Together
Instead of just reacting to the chaos of the moment, we will practice:
Moving from Reaction to Connection
Learning to pause and respond to your child’s needs (and your own) with clarity rather than frustration.
Setting Boundaries that Build Trust
Establishing clear, loving expectations that help your child feel safe and supported.
Emotional Attunement
Developing the tools to handle your child’s big emotions—and the tools to manage your own stress and burnout.
Navigating Identity & Growth
Supporting your child as they figure out who they are, while you navigate who you are becoming as a parent.
Topics We Often Explore
Every family is different, but our conversations often look like:
Understanding the "Why": Looking beneath tantrums, defiance, or withdrawal to understand what your child is really communicating.
School & Success: Supporting your child’s academic journey without sacrificing their mental well-being or your relationship.
Screens & Society: Navigating technology, social media, and external pressures while keeping your family values front and center.
Sibling Harmony: Moving from constant conflict to building lifelong relationships.
Your Wellbeing: Because you cannot pour from an empty cup. We focus on practical ways to reduce parental burnout and find joy in the process again.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
